it does... make you happy that is. The menu says so.How much fun is Hooters? A lot. Although, next time I go there (will there be a next time?) I'll be ready for the 'on cue' dancing that the waitresses must do and the party games at lunchtime on a Saturday. I love being pleasantly surprised... It actually is a lot of fun.
