The phrase that sprang to mind when I saw this was "bad taste"... and not just from the name either...
They eat "Dolphin" in the Caribbean but it's not the "Flipper" dolphin that we all know, it's mahi-mahi which is a different but related species. Tastes good! :)I suspect those things are made of cod or hoki or something.
