And yes, I'm posing....

however, that aside, I was mighty proud of the way my legs were looking this morning when I got in from my jog. I've also been watching my weight closely and after a trip to the doctors last week for an official weigh-in it seems I've lost 8kg since my last official weight check. Weightloss can be a tricky thing, but I've done it steadily with mostly exercise and only minor changes to my diet. This makes me very happy and quite proud, so here is a total show off picture of my right calf:

Now, please excuse me while I go and finish off my quarter pounder and fries...
