These used to fit. That's 9kg less I have to carry around with me. A big "Woot" to me!
And I'm sure there'll be even less after this weekend. I've managed to develop a close relationship with my bathroom in the past 48 hours thanks to a bout of gastro. This is nothing like the weekend I had planned and is certainly not my idea of fun. 3 get-togethers and parties will all have to be declined now. :( But I'm looking on the bright side, I'll look even more fantastic for next weekend's round of socialising.

I hope it wasn't from the spaghetti recipe.
We had the black beans and chili tonite, served with sour cream and cheese. In one word delish!
yum!
When I met you in London, you looked only half the size of the person I'd met before. Obviously, I'd never seen that deliciously hairy stomach - wish I'd asked to see it in person when I had the chance!
Well done you - you've turned into a super slim health machine! Amazing results.
Well done! Keep up the good work!
Jealous. Very jealous. And how the hell did you managed to do that whilst in the US? The portions there were huge.
Muz, that's just cruel and unusual punishment (and reward) for us readers - showing us that quite spectacular hairy stomach! Well done - don't think I'll recognize you next time I see you!!! You'll be slimmer than me! Woot to you indeed! :-)
Fantastic work well done! but seriously, are you going to keep teasing us like this, a shot of leg here a glimpse of stomach there??
I hope the gastro is well and truly behind you, keep your fluids up and you'll look more fantastic than ever (if possible)!
When you mentioned a sea-change, I wondered if you actually meant a seat-change after all that gastro.
